According to: http://www.ttc.org/200706210956.l5l9ug009159.htm, France has test fired a new ICBM. The new missile is to be part of an upgrade to their nuclear arsenal.
Like Britain, France is in breach of the Nuclear Non-proliferation Treaty (NPT). Russia too having test fired an upgraded missile a few weeks ago. The US is in breach of everything, Zionist occupiers have a sizeable undeclared arsenal and China will eventually upgrade and strengthen its nuclear arsenal. Pakistan and India have fledgling programs. I deeply suspect Canada, Japan, Italy, South Korea and Australia of also having a small undeclared arsenal.
No country in possession of these weapons is disarming WHICH THEY MUST DO according to the NPT.
Result: The NPT is DEAD
With dwindling global resources (raw materials) and greater economic exploitation, going under the name of globalization, we are being pushed down the path to nuclear war. The most imminent threat being the US nuking Iran (see http://www.globalresearch.ca and Information clearing house, ICH - for a good springboard on this issue). And so, given this horrid path, the best way to postpone the nuclear destruction of the world is something even more crazy, i.e. that every country develops a nuclear deterrent. Then we get into an even more insane position of the 'first strike' debate. There is NO way off the insane path. It WILL lead to destruction I have no doubt.
We are only on this path because of the absolutely disgraceful actions of the current nuclear powers.
Only ONE thing can stop the and that is TOTAL and ABSOLUTE nuclear disarmament.
